About Us

Scott Harris & Associates is an experienced building services engineering consultancy practice providing professional services, engineering and design support to the Australian construction and development industry.

Although our main disciplines consist of hydraulic (plumbing) civil drainage (stormwater) and fire protection services, our office, via association with other industry professionals is able to provide our clients with a “multi-disciplinary” team of building services engineering professionals as required for any project.

  • Detailed engineering input to ensure the concept is correct and that the various system components are selected to accurately match client and project requirements.

  • Producing detailed documentation providing project specific information for equipment selection and co-ordination of the various project elements and services.

    1. Contractors to confidently and competitively price projects.

    2. Restriction of variations during construction.

    3. Reduction of ongoing maintenance and a positive project ‘Whole of life’ and return on investment.

Our experience encapsulates an enormous range of projects across all industries of both the private and public sectors which include shopping centres, hotels, office buildings, health care facilities, multi dwelling residential and infrastructure projects, as well as a diverse group of special projects.

Scott Harris & Associates, if required, can provide budget estimates of the services involved to assist the developer and project manager with the overall quantity surveying for the project. All estimates are based on current industry pricing, ensuring accurate basis to review tender submissions from sub-contractors.
